Introducing, Akinori Terazawa of Nagoya, Japan. Owner and Chef of a Japanese-Western chain of restaurants all over Japan, in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Tonkatsu by Terazawa is one of the restaurants run by the Bistro Group serving Tonkatsu, a breaded pork cutlet. We redesigned their menu to make it look authentic and highlight their pork specialties, Ibérico and Kurobuta porks.
